Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, has lost his mother.
Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, the mother of Wizkid, passed away around 1:30 a.m. on Friday.
Wizkid's longstanding manager, Sunday Aare, told The Punch that Mrs. Balogun passed away early on Friday morning.
"Yes, she passed away this morning around 1:30," Aare confirmed.
Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun are two additional offspring of the late Balogun.
