Minutes after Killaboi's confession on Instagram, eyewitnesses reported that his girlfriend's mutilated body was discovered in his home, with some of her genitalia missing.
The eyewitness reported that two women (Army officers' wives) and a uniformed army officer arrived at the estate, with one of the women complaining that she is searching for her daughter and that information indicates she is in the estate with another person. The on-duty police officer approached her, and she instructed them to report to the police station.
When they arrived at the address (24a Abiola Apoyin St.), they saw the girl's vehicle parked on the property with the key on the bonnet. They knocked repeatedly but received no response. They returned to the police station and were directed to the Ajuwe Police Station.
The DPO dispatched an IPO to the scene, and after multiple knocks and no response, they used a ladder to scale the fence and enter the property, where they discovered the mutilated corpse of the girl (with her private parts and other body parts missing).
