The BBNaija Level Up champion is being accused by fellow ex-housemate Chichi. A lawsuit worth 100 million Naira was brought against Phyna.
Chichi's legal team composed a formal letter requesting that Phyna retract the defamatory statement made against her. They assert that Phyna made defamatory statements about Chichi.
Statements made during the BBNaija Level Up reunion are purportedly what they are referring to. Phyna accused Chichi of giving birth and abandoning her husband and children in Benin while on the program.
They are prosecuting Phyna on these grounds if she refuses to retract her statements and apologize. She claims that due to Phyna's accusation, she has lost 100 million Naira in revenue.
