Davido and Chioma get tattoos of each other’s name on their ring finger (Video)

Davido, an award-winning musician, and his wife, Chioma, who have been leading a low-key lifestyle, have tattooed their names on each other's ring fingers.

A viral video depicted the pair receiving matching tattoos on their ring fingers.

This occurs after the singer has paid Chioma's bride fee in full.

On Thursday, January 5th, it was reported that Davido had paid Chioma's umunna (bride price) in full at Ezeala Odu, Imo.

The singer paid the Umunna group in Owerre, Nkworji Ezeala of the Nkwerre Local Government Area, Imo State, in full.

Photos and video footage of Chioma's father conducting the Umunna and Umuada ceremonies were shared online.

The second portion of their wedding indicates a meeting between the families of the groom and bride. In the presence of the bride-to-be, the prospective groom's family must reaffirm their desire to marry the bride's family (direct and extended family, with family elders). Once permission has been obtained, the customary wedding dates will be set and the bride's price list will be distributed. The groom receives several presents, including kola nuts, palm wine, beer, soft beverages, and tobacco.
