Chaos as singer, Asake’s London show gets cancelled over security breach

Four concertgoers were reportedly hurt when Nigerian musician Asake's London performance was unexpectedly canceled due to a security breach.

Four people were left in critical condition as a result of audience disturbances at his Brixton show, which was broken up by social media.

The musician was scheduled to perform his final London gig at the 02 Academy Brixton on Thursday night before the unthinkable occurred.

Shortly after the singer began performing on stage, chaos broke out. People forced their way inside the entrance, causing a stampede.

Two concertgoers were reportedly stabbed outside the stadium as a large number of concertgoers struggled to enter.

The moment when police officers climbed onto the stage to address the crowd was captured by cameras. The police officer said that more than 3,000 people were standing outside and freezing in the cold, and that the auditorium was also overcrowded.

Those in the audience who disapproved of the cancellation booed loudly.

Outside of the concert, admirers of the performer clashed with the police. A black woman was thrown to the ground as she attempted to confront the officers.
