Ifeanyi Adeleke: How top celebrities reacted to the news of Davido's son's death

 The tragic news of the passing of Ifeanyi Adeleke, the first son of well-known Nigerian artist David Adeleke, better known as Davido, and his girlfriend Chioma, shocked Nigerian celebrities and others in shock on Monday night.

Ifeanyi Adeleke reportedly drowned in a pool, according to a previous story from bigbrothergisthub. According to a family source, the three-year-old drowned on Monday, October 31st, in a private pool at the family's home in Lagos.

Celebrities have expressed their shock and trauma over the incident on their official social media pages since the news of Ifeanyi's suspected death became public knowledge.


Here are a few of the mysterious comments that some well-known celebrities made on Instagram after learning of Ifeanyi's passing.


The popular comedian Ayo Makun posted a mysterious message on Instagram early on Tuesday saying, "The death of a child is unnatural, unfair, and tragic, this hit me so bad."


Angela Okorie, a Nollywood actress, wrote: "This is unbelievable, God please."


Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus posted a sad heart emoji on Instagram with the message "God why" in a since-deleted post.

When the person you love is someone involved it becomes a heavy emotional burden. I am not confirming anything but bear with me I will not be live tonight.” Later, he posted an all-black page with depressing emojis.


"Father heal your children’s heart from this pain, strengthen them in such a dark and hurtful time oh Lord” comedian Lasisi Elenu also wrote on Facebook.


Rapper Stefflon Don requests prayers for himself, his girlfriend Chioma, and their son, who passed away. Pray for Chioma and Davido, she urged.


Rosemary Afuwape, a reality television personality, and actress wrote on her Instagram story, "My heart can’t take this. This is so painfully unbearable. Chioma and Davido please accept my condolences. No amount of words can comfort your hearts. I am truly sorry for your loss.”


Comedienne Helen Paul expressed her anguish over the news on Instagram.  Painful. Never again. We reject it.  God, Please, restoration and healing.” she wrote.
